Sticks the Clown was overwhelmed to find out
he would realize a longtime clown dream by
appearing in The Adventures
soon Sherry was joined by Heather & Ronnie Numbers
and before ya knew it, it was time once again for Bingo
Sherry was thrilled to join Bridgette, Jack (The Major) &
Gerry to
celebrate their 10th anniversary at Franky & Johnny's
Sherry with Terry, her favorite waitress at Franky & Johnny's
Sherry grabs a few sticks of candy from
her old friend The Roman Candy Man
next it was off to Miss Valory's 90th birthday party
(whats-his-name sneaked a kiss from Miss Valory
while Sherry is chatting with Lynnda & Eddie Bo)
Sherry was thrilled to award the prize to Lynnda
for winning the opening round of Duck-Duck-Goose
Sherry and the birthday girls son-in-law Tony
admire the huge food spread
Sherry knew Ruth from Prytania Mail Service was giving her
the ol' rabbit ears,
but played along out of fear Ruth would go postal
Miss Valory sittin in with Eddie Bo
feeling the groove Miss Valory had to jam
Sherry was happy to make a new friend of
Eddie Bo's favorite sister Miss Ronnie
even though she was already past her due date Angie & Will
were happy they waited so their child could have the first
prenatal appearance in the Adventures
Sherry was not amused that Chris mistook a shout of
"hit the drum head" for "hit the dumb head"
shifting gears.....it was off to James & Joe's pre-parade
party
at the Maple Leaf the crowd was assembled for the annual
Krewe of Oak half way to Mardi Gras Parade
Sherry found the gang all ready to roll
(Tony, Laurie, Jamie & Matt but still no Hunter)
soon it was time to hit the streets
Sherry was already in top Mardi Gras form
as she hit our first stop at Carrollton Station
Sherry takes a ride in the traditional motorized easy chair
first made popular last Mardi Gras by Zachary
back on the parade route Sherry found more of the gang,
but still no Hunter

Sherry & Pat were very happy to run into Rashi
(Rashi is Allison Miner's son...
Allison was the cofounder of Jazz Fest and
the conscience that made it the event we all love)

and now it's time to play

while passing by the Kings convertible
Sherry was invited to share a drink and you know our girl
along the route we spotted the Ghost of Mardi Gras Past
Sherry heads for beverages at the next stop the S & J Lounge
and the crowd goes wild....
or maybe they were taking out the trash
we're not sure
only moments later Sherry spotted Speedo Boy
and decided it was time to call it a night
